I have been a health care provider for over a decade.  I completed my Masters in Traditional Chinese Medicine studying both Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York City.  I have provided Acupuncture in out-patient clinics, within the hospital, and community settings as well as in my private practice in Manhattan.

I am also a licensed and registered Occupational Therapist, a registered Yoga instructor, and licensed in Yoga for the Special Child.  It was through my experiences in these fields that I found Traditional Chinese Medicine and began my studies in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine. 

Because of my varied background in Yoga and years of experience in the Western medical model, I can offer each of my patients a truly integrated treatment.   I combine an in-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and human development with Acupuncture, Chinese Herbs, dietary intervention and healing through yoga and meditation bringing the term "holistic intervention" to a new level.
